- Delivery Timeline: Once payment and design (including test print colors) are confirmed, production begins. Delivery takes 4-6 working days to USA (max 10 days, fastest 4 days) and 3-8 working days to Europe (fastest 3 days), depending on order specifics.
- Shipping: We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS for reliable service. Tracking numbers are provided once shipped – track easily on the courier website.
- Sampling: Samples take longer due to low quantity and repeated testing for quality. Costs (including shipping) are borne by the customer, varying with weight—higher weight reduces charges.
- Production Time: Orders like 500 pcs take a minimum of 7 working days, sometimes up to 10 days based on quantity.
